The 4th edition of corporate Games league dubbed C.E.O outing was held on Sunday 12th at Jeph international university with 30 chief executive officers and leaders gracing and participating in different disciplines from golf, woodball, chess and other disciplines.
The outing rotated around this years theme, the season of vibes which served as an exclusive and top tier event from Ugandan companies such as Bank of Uganda, Capital Markets Authority, Stabex international, Node group, Ruby's hospital, Unifi and many others.
Unlike the past outings which focused on employees, the C.EO outing focused on the country's top decision makers with the intention to bring them closer with the opportunity to connect beyond the boardroom while promoting health living.
The objective is to promote corporates through friendly competition and with company leaders participating in this edition, the wellness culture will spread through their organizations.
The chief guest of the outing was Josephine Okui Ossiya the chief executive officer of Capital Markets Authority who commended the corporate Games for bringing corporate leaders together while launching archery which is a new game in the corporate Games league.
" I want to commend corporate Games for bringing leaders to corporate Games together for collaboration, networking and participation, said Josephine Okui Ossiya.
Corporate games league Uganda has gone beyond building thriving workplace cultures by bringing teams across all levels to foster connections , boost wellness and inspire collaboration and through sports of different diaciplines, they have instilled discipline, resilience and winning mindset that drives performance.
The activities in corporate games league range from volleyball, netball, athletics, boxing, tag of war and other team building activities, networking and wellness and brand visibility which is open to organizations seeking to promote health, teamwork and networking.
